In a way it is sad when the highlight of the day is getting a haircut. I told the barber that I have been going to that this would be the last time. He is Muslim, and I have enjoyed visiting with him about his beliefs and perspectives compared to mine. It terms of core beliefs about how we should live our lives, we are quite similar.
We will not come close to being able to fit everything in our car for the return trip, so I am packing some boxes of clothes, etc. that we will mail back to Utah. I have worn out many of my clothes, so much of my daily attire will be going to the local charity, Goodwill.
