We attended the University Park Ward today. We are becoming more acquainted with the ward members and the investigators. There are some good, strong members in the ward, just not enough. They have an excellent gospel principles class, taught by Sis. Igarta, wife of the ward mission leader and daughter of Bp. Leedom.
We had scheduled an interview in Brandon, so we left the ward council meeting early. Just as we started driving to Brandon, the missionaries texted us that the couple I was to interview had not come to church. This is about the fourth time the interviews have been cancelled, At least we didn't drive all the way to Brandon. So we turned around and made it back for the last few minutes of ward council.
