Zone Training Meeting

Rather than holding regular district meetings, President Cusick decided to have a training meeting for each zone.  He asked a senior missionary to preside at each of the zone meetings.  We were at the Sarasota Zone meeting.  The training topic was working with members and engaging them in missionary work.  They had several role plays of interacting with members.  It was a good meeting.

At the end of the meeting, three missionaries who are returning home at the next transfer, Sisters Jahnel and Packer, and Elder Ware, bore their testimonies.  They were all emotional.  They are all excellent, hard working missionaries.

Following the meeting, we visited with an inactive ward member.  We visited her at Christmas time and have been trying to get back to see her again.  We discovered that she has accepted a new job and will be moving soon.
